Display of availabilities during check-in :

You are saving service changes in the "openings" menu, sometimes saving will take some time, depending on the number of upcoming reservations and your service configuration. During check-in, your customers might get a message asking them to wait (availability is then displayed a few seconds later):

Online booking options :

Depending on your subscription, new options are offered to you, to offer a module that is always more suited to your needs :

- when online booking is not possible, you can choose to display your phone number, hide it, or display your e-mail :

- Regarding the appearance of the module, you can change the font of your choice among all Google fonts :

The configuration for your SMS sending is now clearer and more precise, clearly distinguishing online and telephone reservations :

Sending module information to your webmaster :

You can generate an email to your webmaster, containing all the installation information for your booking module. To do this, go to the Settings > Main Module menu.

Menus : impose a number of menus equal to the number of guests

If you have the "menus" option (from the 2018 Tasting offer), you can impose that the number of menus chosen on the online reservation be equal to the number of guests reserved.

To do this, go to the "openings" menu, first activate "compulsory menu" on your service then check "obligation to take as many menus as guests":

On the module (new version only), the "validate" button cannot be clicked until the number of menus is equal to the number of people :

The obligation does not concern telephone reservations.

Publication of offers, events and menus :

The choice to publish your offers, events and menus is now simpler: you can choose by default to publish on all the sites where your module is displayed, or to select only those which interest you :

Change for zone selection :

If you have the new booking module, and have created "zones" on your seating plan, you could already allow online booking to start by choosing the zone. This has been improved :

Once the area is selected, the rest of the options are displayed.

To make the date more readable, we have adapted the format when your customer books on their mobile: (display in DD/MM/YY format instead of the month in full):

Added "people"

In order to improve understanding by your customers, the term "people" has been added in the selection field for the number of guests:
