Also, to help you we have set up a text displayed in the background, to remind you that all free notes must not be inappropriate, subjective and insulting.
Password Security
Guestonline is part of a process to improve the security of its service.
From now on, if you need to change your password, you will be asked to define a version consisting of 8 characters, including at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, a number and a special character.

Printing of the reservation book :
When you start printing the booking book over several days, the following message appears :
You can view the print immediately by clicking on [Download] or find it in the "Print history" tab.
This tab displays the last 10 impressions that have been launched with their characteristics :
To download the desired list, click the button at the end of the line.
Team management :
A new "floor manager" role has just been created and the "server" role has been reduced in terms of rights.
Also, all your employees with the old "server" profile have therefore been automatically switched to this new "floor manager" profile.
Do not hesitate to adjust the rights of your collaborators by changing their roles. Consult the characteristics of the profiles by clicking here.

A new restriction is available. It is now impossible for a customer to book on a service if the selection of a menu is mandatory and there are no more menus available.

Tables group with DragandDrop
If you are in Table Management, you can now reorganize your table groups.
As for the tables, just reorder the groups of tables by dragging and dropping on the table, as below :
Reservation book : prepayment not debited
When a payment (deposit or bank imprint) is refused (invalid customer card, insufficient funds, etc.), it is mentioned on your reservation book by a red card. The mention "not taken" was added by clicking on the red card.

Cancellation reason :
Your customers can now indicate more precisely the reason for canceling their reservation. A drop-down menu and an input area are available to them :

Refund conditions - No-Show :
You can choose not to set a cancellation deadline for your customers. You will thus be able to take the imprint left, only in the event of a no-show.

Phone booking : menu selection :
You can now associate menus with your telephone reservations*.
The calculation of the amount of the prepayment is then done automatically. It is completely recalculated as soon as you change menus, offers, number of covers during the creation of a reservation (and in modification only if the deposit or the bank imprint has not been validated).
The amount of the prepayment takes into account, in order of priority, the menus then the offers then the services.
* For telephone reservations, menu selection is free:
- We do not take into account the restrictions related to the number of covers or offers configured in your menus.
- In addition, in case of date or time change, the menus are kept, so it is worth checking whether they need to be adjusted or not.
Cancellation of multiple booking lists :
If one of your customers has made several registrations on the waiting list, when you validate one of the reservations, a message will suggest that you keep or cancel the other reservations on the waiting list :
This function cannot be used if there is a deposit to request, because the customer will receive a confirmation and then a request for payment with a reservation awaiting validation.
New filter on hours (room plan and booking list)
You can now use a new filter allowing you to display reservations scheduled at a specific time:
A new coloring on the tables tells you that the table is occupied before or after the time used in the filter:
Finally, if you enter a new reservation, the time used in the filter will be proposed to you by default.
Booking module options :
Depending on your subscription, new options are offered to you, to offer a module that is always more suited to your needs:
- you can notify the groups of contacts for which you do not wish to request online payment (deposit or bank guarantee), for example for your group of "regular" customers
(for these customers, once they have reached the last step of the module, if they do not enter their card number, they can still validate their reservation. This screen will change so that the entry field for the credit card n no longer appears at all).
- when online booking is not possible, you can choose to display your phone number, hide it, or display your e-mail :
- regarding the appearance of the module, you can change the font of your choice among all Google fonts :
Display of availabilities during check-in :
You are saving service changes in the "openings" menu, sometimes saving will take some time, depending on the number of upcoming reservations and your service configuration. During check-in, your customers might get a message asking them to wait (availability is then displayed a few seconds later)
Options for sending sms :
The configuration for your SMS sending is now clearer and more precise, clearly distinguishing online and telephone reservations :
Unique menu for all guests :
When creating a menu, you can indicate whether it must be chosen for the whole table :
This will not result in any restrictions on telephone bookings, but will apply for any online booking :
The "single menu" information is indicated, when your customer selects this menu, the others will no longer be selectable (and vice versa).
