You have activated and connected Guestonline and MyBeezBox. For one service or all services, you ask your clients to pay a deposit. Your client books on line and has a gift voucher : he won't be asked to pay the deposit.

- Booking pending a credit card payment : it is possible to assign a table
When you take a phone booking, you request a deposit or a credit card imprint ?
From now on, even if your client has not yet given you his credit card details and that the booking is not confirmed, you can assign a table to it :

- Floorplan : the walk-ins arrival time is added
- Floorplan : it is now possible to cancel a walk-in
- Floorplan : on the walk-in, automatic validation of the number once selected. Also when a booking is "honored" (=client arrived) : after selecting the number of people, the validation is automatic (no need to click on "validate")
- Prescriber : sort by alphabetical order (and no more by order of creation)

- Print reservations from the diary : distinction between "clients notes" and "booking notes"

- On the floorplan, modification of the "drag & drop" actions : it is now possible to drag a reservation from one room to another room or drag a booking from the list to a room that is not open on the screen :
- Offer : if an offer is conditioned by the payment of a deposit or credit card imprint, you can now choose it when you take a phone booking and add the credit card number while on the phone (this is not possible for an event yet). This applies to a booking modification as well :
- Switch of client history : bookings are now displayed from the most recent to the eldest ones.
