[SETTINGS] How to use the functionality "Reservation management out of service time" ?

This option is useful for you if you created accounts "employees" (and not only "managers" on your establishment - not available in the offer "Saveurs").
 
When your collaborator connects her/himself with an access "employee", certain limitations are imperative for the use on Guestonline Web only, if this field is marked  : (here the tutorial to activate the option)
 
- Impossibility to seize a reservation on a schedule out of order ;
- Impossibility to seize a reservation on a full service ;
- Impossibility to seize a reservation if the maximum number of flatware is exceeded ;
- Impossibility to seize a reservation if the limit hour of reservation is exceeded ;
- Impossibility to seize a reservation if the maximum number of reservations is exceeded.
