In order to know if your customers are booking by phone or via internet, you can look at your statistics
- Click on the tab "statistics" :
- Choose a start date, an ending date and then the service you are interested in :
- Then confirm
- On the first graphic, called "booking details", you will know the proportion of customers who are booking by phone or via internet, while separating the kind of reservations available online (your website, Facebook, partners ...)
